Ball Singapore state $8300 and I have also checked with Dickson watch they also state $8300. Not sure why Cortina quote you $7900. Is it after discount?

Well maybe ballwatch is raising the price after 1sept11. Haha. But even at $8k plus, it is still a gOod buy for "gold" watch. Other Swiss watch company that uses ETA movement usually sell in the sub $10k range for their "gold" watch. But I would go for SS JLC if I need to forkout $8k plus. Just my $2.

For Trainmaster 120 the $8K++ is for the solid gold, a well made and reliable ETA movement. For the SS JLC $8K++ is for the SS, a well made and reliable in house movement. So I guess depend on what individual is looking for.

I heard from Cortina that there will be a price increase for Ball watch mid of this month so $7900 is the price before increase and before discount.
which Dickson shop give you that price?

Not sure which outlet because it is through a mutual friend who enquire from Dickson watch. Did you manage to ask Cortina regarding Ball S'pore stated price of $8300? So this weekend Cortina will have Trainmaster 120 and they will be selling at $7900? Do you mind PM me Cortina % discount? Thanks

This is a mystery to me also. Maybe Ball decided to hold the price increase to later dates.

btw, saw the gold with silver dial version at watches of switzerland centrepoint today. very classy. kinda resemble the GO senator.

                                Me too
Saw the grey colour dial. The design is different from the rest of the Ball's watch, clean dial, classy with vintage look. They really follow the olden days look.
