IWC for me. Brietling is great as a starter brand to me - we change our minds often as we buy, so you won't lose too much if you start with Brietling...

IWC and Breitling is two different design watch. These two cannot be compared.
Watch sometimes is personal preference and taste
Go for what fit your eyes and heart but not others comment

I was also contemplating betw IWC pilot Chrono 377701, and Breitling Aerospace and Breitling Black bird.
Ultimately I went for the IWC... I jus go for the one that I tink looks the nicest and within ur budget...
