Does U1 set comes with a tool?

Just got a U1 from an overseas AD.
Want to check if the set comes with a tool attached.
My set doesnt have one.

Hihi. From what I know, that is not a constant, some country AD do and some don't.

The box has inserts for the tool but of course mine's empty.
Not a big deal but inserts with nothing there....just doesnt feel right...

But got to say U1 is a nice watch

Is it in the plastic of manual? Mine came with it inside the plastic, not placed into the holder.

THG now do not date the warranty card but in their computer record as advise by THG saleman?

3 weeks ago, i sent my U1BLACK HOURGLASS EDITION(bought in SIN) for repair in Frankfurt PERSONALLY, cause i've drop the watch pretty hard, and some issues cropped up with the watch.

I go Frankfurt for work pretty often, so thats why i guessed its better for me to send it personally rather than thru THG, which has a long waiting time....

Just got back my watch yesterday! FOC even i bought it 3 years ago!

One thing i noticed when i sent my watch to the service center at the SINN Factory, they checked on their computer systems, and told me that my watch is still under warranty.

So i guess, THG might have update your watch details in their computer systems as well for tracking, and might not update your warranty card with a date.

Just sharing, thought it might be useful!

I have bought quite a number of U1s from SINN factory in Frankfurt.
And yes, they do come with the strap changing tool!

Fret not, cause in any case if you need to change your strap,
you can always replace the tool with a paperclip to poke the
pinhole on the U1 lugs!
