I've tested Blancpain alarm watch but not loud enough. I'm not sure about Vulcain though...

I read about Vulcain in the web and they seem to be one of the loudest alarm and they make their own movement. I'm more interested in the techincal portion of the movement, who make good alarm movement and value for money. So far I know of Fortis alarm and they cost $10K ++. I'm not sure where does the cost come from and is their movement good?

JLC makes their own movement as well and their finishes are good. Reliable watch because i've not heard of anyone complaining about it. Unfortunately, i've not handled Vulcain and Fortis so i'm not sure.
