  • Breitling SuperOcean how much should I paid for preown ?

There seemed not much information on this model, and hardly anyone selling this. My friend got it from overseas and decided to sell it, I am interested but how much should I offer ? It is good condition with box and paper.

There is a new superocean model out, the others are older models. The new superocean is about $2,500 USD online price. So somewhere around there or less...! hope that helps.

hm ideally a preown breitling should be how many percent off from the retail price ? I think he is selling the older model.

I'm no expert but based on the Breitlings that I have bought/sold off, a preown Breitling usually falls in the range of around 50%-60% off list price. So for that Superocean you are talking about I think it used to retail around 4.5k (not sure), so you would expect to pay around 1800 to 2250?

This is of course dependent on the condition of the watch, whether or not it comes with the nec box/papers, your own negotiation skills and how eager the seller is to offload. Hope that helps!

Its really a great watch! This is the only one i like in the current collection. I think its over prices but best value in a pre owned. I am planning to get this watch. What do you think guys?

Ask your friend how much he bought and take a 20-30% off what he paid. Ofcourse, need to look at the condition and age too.

25% off the retail price is reasonable. Provided that the watch is still under warranty and in very good condition.

I believe you can walk in any ADs and they would be glad to offer 20-25% off retail price of a Breitling
Yes, brand new piece right off the shelf

A preown piece would probably sell 40-50% off the retail, depending on condition and age

Err bro I presume you mean the Superocean and not the newer Superocean Abyss 42 or 44?
Which is it? That would also determine its price point/value. The older Superocean model is different from the 42 or 44 both design wise and in price. A quick search on the forum should get you what you are driving at..........
