I'm visiting Singapore around October, and wanted to get a versatile watch for work/play/leisure.

I'm thinking omega speedmaster or tag carrera, but can I buy one from Singapore (brand new) below 5K? If so, where from?

Make sure you ask for the 25% discount and with the 7% GST savings, it is pretty good! It's hard to get a good discount on Tag/Omega/Rolex unless they know you well.
