Yes, the strap is rubber and a bit long for my wrist(will have to get a new strap). I also like white dial watches but for this case it might not be practical as the minutes maker is white in colour. I find it difficult to read the time. :POriginally posted by BenCheong View PostComment

you can get the AD or watchshop to punch somemore holes on the strap if you have not done so. Or get the diver rubber strap from BALL sg. Who knows they might throw you a free matching deployant bucket seem that you got so much Lume poison. BTW, we having a mini-BALL GTG next month, join in and and make us lust on your new purchase.

The radio active Lume is definitely poisonous. I can't punch any more hole, as the strap is taper from 21mm to 20mm and as I move the buckle upwards it got too tight there. That is a good idea, try to use other Ball's model strap. Maybe the Racer strap with the red stitches. You sure they will throw in the deployment buckle? The GTG i have to give it a miss as weekend is family time.

I got a complimentary deployant bucket when I purchased my cannonball(2nd BALL watch few years ago). Just call BALL sg and see if they can fix anything up for you since you are being repeatedly poison.
We all have to spend time with family ( i also need to report to my CO at home). You can alway bring them there, beside nothing has been finalized for the GTGs. Date, time and venue not really fixed too
Just keep a lookout for any update on the GTG thread post.

I went to checkout your DLC beauty at ION yesterday. Very attractive, almost took out my wallet for that matter. The salesman insisted me to put on the the DLC storm and spacemaster orbital for comparison. When I put on the DLC storm, I realised what you meant by not enough strap holes. The rubber strap is nice but when in combine usage with the "square" pin bucket(those used in engineer diver), it is so hard to use and I cannot even push the bucket to pin the last hole on the strap. BALL really screwed up this time with this combination. You should write in to BALL and provide some feedback. If you need the person to email to, just let me know. Cheers.sigpicComment

I have already called Ball SG. They said that they have feedback to Ball to provide shorter strap but so far no results. I tried night train rubber strap & the last hole is just nice. Next sat will bring the storm chaser glow to my AD to do a fix check.Comment
