U1 strap changing help please

Hi all, just wanted to ask if it's easy enough to change straps on the U1? I want to try on a Nato strap and wanted to check what tool is needed and proper procedure. I don't want to have to go to an AD to change everytime. Thanks in advance for the help!

You can use the spring bar tools which is supplied when buying the watch (check your box,it's usually tied there). You can follow online tutorial. Just type springbar strap change. On the U1, there are 4 side lugholes. Relatively very easy to swap strap.

Thanks for the reply, Wenda. Is it true that it's not a typical springbar? I see the outside of the lugs are drilled and so you see the tip of the bar. Is it done thru the outside of the lug rather than ordinarly inside where the strap is attached? Since the silicon strap is pretty tight, would be difficult to try to hook the lug.
