The Laco design is more for a weekend/casual wear watch but if you want something more versatile for work, it'd have to be the 40mm Stowa (sterile, of course). Cost a bit more but if you'll like it and wear it more, why not?
I like stowa watches but always find buying things online risky. More over, I believe it is still a tad more troublesome to buy watches from stowa right? I have not seriously made up my mind if I should get the 42mm/45mm laco

I hope to decide by this week. Tx guys

I think you know best which sizes of watch is most suitable to your wrist size. So listen to yourself

                              • Got so difficult to decide meh?

The choice is easier if you forget about being "historically correct" or not. Choose base on how often you would wear it. If it's going to be a daily beater, then I think auto is more practical. If you really enjoy winding up the watch then get the manual. Either way you wouldn't go very wrong.
