Prices Of IWC Watches Going Up? Discount fixed at 15%?

I just went THG today and was told 12%, controlled by Richemont. Didn't try to bargain though, coz not planning to buy today.

i tried bargaining n they insist 15% only... how do u guys get 25% OFF?
