Local AD, I still manage to get 28% to 30% from them. Cash and carry.

But end of the day, I still buy from grey market. Because sometimes I got 40%.

Just order a IW 356806, still waiting for it.

I checked with THG and the discount has gone down to 10%. Apparently it's because the model I asked about (Portofino) is a new collection thus discount is very limited. Not too sure if the salesperson is trying to pull a fast one on me.

Need some advice. i'm interested in the Portuguese automatic 50017 (blue ali strap one)
The list price is 18k. The airport net price is 14299 (18k less 15% std discount = 15300 and then remove GST 7% divide by 1.07 = 14299)
Is there any AD giving 25% ie 18K less 25% = 13500
OR 25% discount does not exist anymore and airport is the best price

Still can get 25% at some AD. I got 25%. But you can get much more in the Grey market....

I understand from some reliable sources that you can still get more than 25% depending on your relationship with the AD. One of my friends recently got 30% for his port 7-days.

IWC is one of the brands that you can still get relatively huge discounts. The other one is JLC.
