Has anyone tried IWC straps from strapluxe?
    www.strapluxe.com

Their website looks fantastic and the quality of the straps look amazing. Just wanted some input before ordering some Big Pilot straps

I ordered and just received two straps from them for the Big Pilot.

Pretty good I must say. I ordered the black with white threads and the brown one.

Can you host some pictures of your Big Pilot with the Strapluxe straps on it? I'd love to see them so I can decide whether or not to order from them.

        Thank you

            Hi,

Did you end up getting the bracelet? I heard they are very expensive, but well worth it.

I have a Pilot Chrono. I have a custom strap from HK Tan and two alligators.

The alligator straps from IWC are pretty nice, and cost 250,000 Won in Korea. I like the OEMs because they fit (21/18mm) and they have a dark leather lining, which I prefer over a light colour.

Great price! Bought my 18mm IWC deployant buckle (for Portuguese Chrono, etc.) from Richemont Svc Centre abt 2 yrs ago (when they were still at wheelock place and it cost abt S$500 back then ...

Kurt T of The Watch Boys advertises frequently on Timezone, and he's got many positive reviews there.

I bought their kevlar strap recently. Quality is quite good for what I paid, service was top notch. Overall a hassle-free experience. If I'm looking for a non-OEM leather strap, I'll definitely look them up again. Hope this helps!

I have 2-3 sets of straps (kelvar, alligators) from Kurt. IMHO, quality is fairly decent for the price ...

Did you buy the deployment from an AD in HK? Why HK is so much cheaper than Singapore Richmont? If that is the case are the leather strap there cheaper too?

juz got a kevlar-looked strap from the watchboys for my 3717... was attempting to mount it on but darn.... the IWC's spring bar seems so difficult to detach despite repeated tries I'm think I'm gonna cause some deep scratches on the lugs if I dig really hard with the spring bar tool and I don't wanna risk that. In fact, I gave up trying

Don't think Richemont would do it since its a non-oem strap? So any recomendation on the shops that I can go to get the strap change?? TIA

                            Hi all!

Any idea how long does thewatchboys.com takes to ship an order from Canada to Singapore? For those who have purchased straps from their website, do you guys pay using PayPal or Visa? Reason why I'm asking is because I'm not sure if our Singapore Visa transaction will go through considering they are a Canadian-based company.

                            Thanks very much!

I've bought a kevlar strap from The Watch Boys 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it! Wonder why it takes so long! Have written an email to Kurt and still waiting him to follow up!

Hi Just to update, I've received the straps from TWB yesterday, so it took about 3 weeks for the package to receive. But TWB has forgotten to ship the buckle that I've ordered.

I've written to Kurt, and potentially may need to wait for another 3 weeks!!!!!

Generally speaking, the process of ordering from TWB is very slow (may not be the fault of TWB, Kurt uses air shipment) and disappointment (incomplete shipment).
