I'm not sure about your wrist size, I bought it today with smallest rubber hole in use with slight gap for "breathing". My wrist size is 6.3". Hope this info helps you. Anything smaller than it, I would say you can turn one round with the watch.

I reckon punching additional hole for rubber strap. My personal view is it won't look nice with different hole size.
As for color, I find black/yellonw too commonly seen on market. Prefer a plain Jane........

So currently using the smallest one on the rubber strap. Not that I am aware of that there is shorter rubber strap for IWC Aquatimer. Yes, there is sizing for leather and metal bracelet but is there shorter rubber strap - don't take 3rd party into consideration.
