iwc pls help

Dear all, i know nuts about this brand but i saw a pre-owned piece of iwc SS portuguese ref 3714 with black dial silver hands on mins sec and hours and the hands on both the chrono are in blue hand in a shop and like it alot. but i never ask hw much is the price? by the way it comes with tangs buckle not deployment so will like to find out from u if u know and have a rough gauge and advise me. thanks alot

IWC 3714 is $11,100 brand new in S/Steel blue hands at present day prices

the deployment clasp is now $650 from IWC (prev $400++ long long time ago)
to use the clasp, you have to change the strap to a length that is made for the deployment. strap is $390. this exercise should cost you 1k in total usually.
