Have been gunning for a Portuguese 7 days for some time, fund ready but target seems to be shifting each time when I wanted to pull the trigger.
Initially, I thought that I would settle for a brand new 5001-14 but every now and then, attractively priced (though not at the same price level as 5001-14) variants appeared in the pre-sales market that would successfully distract me.
Inital craving 5001-14:
Distractions :
1) 5001-06 : beautiful ardoise dial, white gold
2) 5001-01 : pink gold, white dial. This was considered because of concerns that the 5001-14 gold hands and numerals are just gold plated
3) IWC5000 : limited edition panda style
And to add to the complication and make this more interesting, here is another deadly poision to consider :
4) GO PML XL, stainles steel
So, what's your choice ?
