  • Hi, I'm new to Ball watch.

    Hi All,
I'm expecting delivery of my first Ball watch from the AD in a week time and it is my first time buying a watch above $1000. Not sure how to take real good care of it so would like to start off with this qns. Is it necessary to buy a watch winder? This is because I won't be wearing it everyday.
    Thanks

How do you'll clean your watch? Especially those dirts that struck in between the metal strap. Sorry to ask such silly qns because I do not have the habbit or know how of doing it.

For me I just rinse it with water and brush it with a soft tooth brush if got dirt, some mild soap will help too.

Thanks BenCheong. I tried the tooth brush on an old watch and it did wonders in removing the dirts. . I guess these are some of the aged old tricks which if you don't asked you will never know.
                      Thanks

My crown protector just came loose and drop out. Is this common? Anyone have the same problem? Do I have to go to the service centre to get it fix or just bring back to the AD will do?
                        Thanks
