Can elaborate more on the watch. Bcos I thought of getting it . However, it seems that there is not much diff from the normal Hydrocarbon chrono beside the water resistant level and it's dial IMO.
Cheers!

hihi, besides the differences u mentioned, for the Trieste:
the case is 1mm bigger
has a auto helium release valve
more gas tubes (50 vs 30)
Limited Edition (1000 pc only)
Agree with u that Ball watches are As I find my Mad Cow really solid . Is just that if the price is too ridiculous then might as well save the $ to buy a Rolex.
Cheers!

How much you paid for the Mad Cow ? I got one last X'mas with 30% discount (paid cash). It's nice and sturdy and it really glows in the dark, however I find it's too huge & heavy for my wrist, plus the Titanium material is easily scratched. Thus sold it off within 1 month, and bought the SS DJ entirely different animal !

1. Ball HydroCarbon Chrono (Trieste Ltd Edition)
- $5.1k
- Dislike: only black dial available
- Like: Size.
- Not sure: Value? (worth $600 more than normal edition?)
2. Ball HydroCarbon Chrono (Normal Edition)
- $4.5k
- Dislike: black in white dial (prefer 1-colour all white)
- Like: Size.
- Not sure: Value vs more established brand like Tag Heuer?
3. Tag Heuer Aquaracer Chrono Day-Date
- $4.6k
- Not sure: is it too common? Better value than Ball?
Not an ideal location to have a watch exhibition IMO. Probably just for the convenience of Cortina Watch i suppose. The last Ball exhibition held there, the turnout seems to be rather disappointing. Barely anyone around. How's the turnout this time?
Good choice! The gents day-date model is bigger at 43mm as compared to the date only model. Looks like a nice sports model. I dont suppose this is the one u got for your other half?
