THG has tied up with UOB currently for glycine, if im not mistaken, u buy @ list and UOB gives 4 months installment free. so that works out to be better pricing compared when they give discount.
so you may want to consider getting a glycine currently base on this promotion.
both are good watches, best is ask one of the several members here who have nighttrain if they willing to accompany u to THG with their nighttrain and u compare both side by side. of alternatively get someone who has the combat 7 accompany u to WOS to compare with nighttrain.if you have issues with your account, click here for self help and read forum rules here. 90% of your answers can be found in Forum FAQ
i DO NOT respond to any pm regarding account issues
kindly email with- subject heading indicating your issue
- your nick
- your corresponding email address
- state what you were trying to do and what the system prevented you to do
if you receive no response in pm or email, it means your answers can be found in the Forum FAQ here
your kind understanding is very much appreciated.

What triton has said is true. Compare them side-by-side is much better. Anyway, if you like to have watch that lights up ur night, it will be obviously the BALL NT!

Our friend melfiz mus oso own a UOB CC for him/her to enjoy the offer. Jus to get better understanding frm u, wat do u mean by 4 mths free instalmts? Is it tat if I signed for a $2k pc n over 12mths' instlmt, ie $167/mth, then I save myself $167x4 (=$668)? So I only pay $1,332 for the watch in total. This shld work out to be a 34% discount?
hehe... sorry for the maths sum ...

a lot of the members here will go for Ball....i prefer Glycine actually...movement wise, price points and history....both are relatively similar
it also depends what function you're looking at as well...for example, some of Glycine's GMT watches can be below $2k...do you lack a GMT watch vs a lumey Ball? Put them on your wrist and see which gives you a better "feel"...
cheers

There are many different brands in the market. You might like to drop by watch retailers to take a look see. Do some research on the Internet to view various models. Its really hard for us to make u a recommendation as u did not state specifically your preferences. When u mentioned the Ball NT and Glycine Combat fits your budget, are u choosing these 2 simply because they fit your budget? What attracts u to these watches or rather what are yr requirements apart from the $2k budget?

Like that how can be more complicated, like that is asking probing Qs to filter down the choices mah. If his question in the first place asked only between Ball and Glycine, then its simple. But he asked for more recommendation leh ...
