BALL warranty

Can any bro advice how the warranty works for BALL?

Since I bought my MC preowned , do I need to update my particular online if the warranty is registered online. Do they allow transfer of warranty?

Try to search for the answer in the thread posted but cannot find, so have to start new thread.

According to Ball (Singapore), they say theres not a need to update or change anything, just have the physical warranty card.

That was last year when I enquired, so hopefully this policy still stands.

Poor customer service by BALL Singapore

Thanks for the info given by bro Cartman, called awhile ago..very very poor customer service by the girl who answer my call. Impatient with my question and fiece tone. Just because I cant see the serial no. at the case back. Cannot be rushing to eat lunch right , at 1130hrs?

Come on, if I know everything then why call you???!!!!!

What's wrong with the service standard in Singapore?? Nobody force her to work at Ball right?? I sure give BALL a miss if I know the aftersales service sucks....

I know who you are refering to. That's just the way she speaks and she is much nicer at the service center.

Don't let the service put you away from any brands.

I don't know if we are talking about the same person but years ago, there was a lady reception at the BALL Watch service centre (Bendemeer Rd), who was friendly, patient and helpful. Both when I spoke to her on the phone and when I met her at the centre. I've forgotten her name though.
