    i did a quik turn around into jb and back a while ago to drop off a relative there n bought a copy of The Star.

    saw an ad by the above; they have a `1957' malaysia' commemorative edition of a glashutte original. obviously to celebrate malaysia's 50th independence day next week.

    must say it looks very nice on the photo....the watch face has an antique map of malaysia on it.

    collectors and/or malaysians here can call (03) 2145 0642 &/or visit the boutique @ starhill. only 2.5hrs drive only....

    how come i nvr come across them doing something for sgp? maybe in 8 yrs time? too long lah....

    think glashutte also got a commemorative edition for sg. serial number. dr bernard chong got 1 piece of that.

      there's a glashutte commerative of was it, SIA or Singapore's independence , not so long ago...?

      er, honestly... I would rather buy the omega speedmaster pro 1957.
      that's my taste.

                  O yes, the Sports Evo and strap options. FYI, the stainless bracelet is with an impressive link joints and fine adjustment but the SS bracelet cost like 2K difference if u r buying the leather . for 2K we can get a 916 gold bracelet from Poh Heng or Heng Heng Goldsmith leh.

                        YEAH! LOVE GLASHUTTE!

                        Saw one that I really liked, a limited edition that cost 29k, 50 pcs world wide.

                        But ultimate aim is Lange... ~~~~
