Depends on which brands you are looking for, there is another site called gemnation.com with LOTS of Swiss brands, but I have never personally ordered from them.

Do take note that the watches that you buy from most of these online stores do not come with the manufacturer warranty. They will provide you with a in-house warranty. Anything wrong, you would need to send the watch back to them for the repair and the cost will go to you...

I think gnomon and creationwatches offer you proper manufacturer's guarantee. Yeah, but you are right, have to be careful when buying from most online places.
