U1 rubber strap

How do you guys mantain the rubber strap after a day of wearing?
Just wipe off dirt or dust with cloth or wash it?

I wash it. It's faster and works very well.

As it's my daily banger, washing it everyday and waiting for
it to dry is kind of hassle right although I thought of doing
that before.

Any oher bros here can advise?

My daily beater too. I never wash it. Just use.
What are yr concerns?

Always get smudges and dirt (more obvious on black color stuff),
which quite hard to wipe off with microfibre cloth, but too tired to
go wash everyday, heh.

When I mentioned washing it, it's more of a quick rinse. Few seconds and I'm done. BTW, I hardly wear my U1 so maybe I'll get annoyed if have to rinse it everyday too. These days my U1 is just sitting in the winder, looks brand new

Mine gets dust on the strap and I just rinse when washing hands. Weekends I would put more effort in cleaning it.

for servicing wise, do u guys sent them after say like, 2 or 3 yrs once
or don't send them in unless there's a problem? *touch wood*

Once in a while I put baby oil and wiped it using lint free cloth.

I just hate the fact when dirt gets trapped in the "hard to reach" corners. And i changed my u1 strap from white to black because of the obvious. Cant imagine getting a white strap cleaned

i've grown to wash under running water and the occasional scrub with an used toothbrush for those hard to reach corners
