Hi am looking to buy a Portuguese IW371401.

Like to know what is the best discount given by any AD? Also Wonder if it is cheaper to get from T1 Sincere Watch or to get from local AD?

T1 Sincere watches had been taken over by Gassan watch.No discount from them only GST rebate.

Haggled with them before and got 20% off. Not for an IWC though.
