It depends on the condition of the watch, how old is it and if there's any warranty left. The retail price for a brand new piece is around S$2500 based on an old price list.

I doubt there was the EHC Classic in 2000 or even near 2000. Assuming the watch is in a good condition, no dents/chips and fully functional, comes with the necessary papers and box, $1000 or slightly more should be a fair price IMO (w/o seeing the actual piece).
