About Breitling watches

Hi,

I was recently 'exposed' to a Breitling watch by a friend and am starting to get 'itchy'. That's where the poison starts, I suppose . I wonder what is a good discount for a Breitling watch and price range. Which is the entry level model and how much am I looking at? I refer to the men's automatic models.

For me, I'll look at the Navitimer range if I am into Breitling.

Breitling ranges in price from about S$4000 to S$8000 for the "basic" SS models, automatic and super quartz. Every single B models r COSC certified.

From list price, expect about 25% discount. A few places may do up to 30% (hard cash payment).

Their in house movmnt is the B01.

The Chronomat is their most popular line. If you're a diver, the Seawolf goes down to 3000 m. If you like something bigger, the Super Avenger (48.4mm) is one of Breitling's most well-known model, and retains resale value very well. If you don't mind Super Quartz, the Emergency is another icon, with built in 121.5 Mhz transmitter that can assist in case of catastrophic accident (you will be signing a contract saying that if u deploy it in NON-emergency situation, u will be responsible for all costs of rescue!).
