The monsters are just limited where nothing else seems to stand out.

    2. Singapore does have lots of Seiko collectors, do scout around the sales thread, flea marts or google abit. Collecting Seikos for a couple years already, I've seen the limited monsters appear once in a while except for the yellow one.
    Good comment...thanks.

    Keep coming guys

buy a limited edition becos you like it very much, there are just too many limited editions out there now. If you can get one at a **fair** price, and like it a lot, then it makes sense to buy. Probably 80% of limited editions will not have much price appreciation and if you pay too much, its hard to sell later...

Cheers, and don't get me wrong though. I like the monsters alot too, the standard black & orange ones that is. Its a great work horse with great value for money that really can take the beating. Jus can't see myself paying close to 1k when I pay 1/5 for the same watch just with a different crystal & dial. A tip for you since you're into monsters: Get either a black or orange, swap the chapter ring with another color and voila, you have a limited edition modded monster and I've actually sold one of my such modded ones off for a profit on the bay.

No more pic but here's the link to my sale previously of the modded monster in sg-roc a year ago:
              http://sg-roc.com/showthread.php?t=5...e+Chapter+Ring

Found a pic of how modded monsters looked like (Picture property of Robbie409 of WUS borrowed for reference, hope you don't mind. )

Modded ones: 2nd from left & 1st from right(Mine is exactly like that)
