Beauty in the eye of the Beholder...

Wow! It looks really eye-catching ; suitable for the launch of our F1 or even Casinos :

The Graham Silverstone Stowe watch is impressive and limited to 500 pieces. The watch is inspired by car racing, and named after a nefarious right-angled sharp turn in the famous Silverstone race circuit.

For $14k, here are the tons of functions that this watch you eye offers :

    1. GMT
    2. Big Date
    3. Chronograph Function
    4. Flyback function with reset pusher (4 o’clock)
    5. Carbon fibre bezel
    6. Black carbon fibre dial
    7. Orange SuperLuminova numerals
    8. Large blue minute counter at 3 o’clock
    9. Small seconds counter at 9 o’clock
    10. Automatic Caliber G 1721 by the work horse Valjoux 7750
    11. 42 hour power reserve
    12. 48mm case to pack all the above goodies!

Go big or go home with Graham!

Propositions (PROS) - Nice pushers, fine attention to details, solid movement, plus GMT. Definitely a conversation piece.

Considerations (CONS) - Only offered on a LE strap, definitely not your average daily beater but for special occasions.

Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.

Watches from the British Masters are a nice bunch. Graham is credited as being the father of chronographs therefore you'd always find nice fancy chronos from them. With the rarest in their 'Collector's Series'.

I have had very good experiences with the firm's after sales service but my only caution with the brand is don't expect good holding value and also, it maybe wise to wait for a sale before you trigger.

It maybe worthy to note that Jaquet is a shareholder in the British Masters and some movements in the brands under their wing do use in-house movements, just that they suck at marketing it.

Eg: if purchase from oversea AD can i still send in the watch for servicing in singapore and etc?
