Scratches on sapphire crytal of sinn u watch

Hi there! Recently see some post said sinn u1 with scratch on the len. Anybody can explain why sapphirel crystal will get scratches, is it because of the AR coating on the len?

Most likely it's the AR coating on the crystal. You can get it replaced but personally, I don't think it's worth the waiting time.

Mention it on the next service schedule and they will look into it. If it bothers you so much, just strip the whole coating using cape cod cloth.
