Just gotten the carbon chrono from Cortina Centrepoint. Am loving it every minute.

Want to ask you guys for opinion.

The watch came with a rubber and velcro straps, which I am getting used to, the rubber strap that is. Dun like the velcro strap anyway. Am more a croco leather strap person.

Is there a reason why some models come with leather and some dont?

Or should I stick to the way it should be, in rubber?

Would croco strap spoil the look?

i asked the same questions too.

The AD told me that only 42mm B&Rs comes with rubber and canvas straps. 46mm ones come with smooth calf leather and canvas strap.

just my opinion, i don't think the watch will look good with a croco strap unless you own their 18K version.

    anyway, congrats on your purchase

    cheers

someone commented that the rubber strap is not long lasting, how true is that?

seasoned wearers, how do you take care of the rubber straps or the entire watch? i am quite anal when it comes to taking care of my stuff...

i reckon washing the entire watch with mild soap under running water...and wiped dry...would that suffice?
