a small little review on both the P2-2 and M2-1

both the P2-2 and M2-1 uses the miyota movements, the former uses 82S7 while the latter uses the 8215. both are pretty similar in terms of movement type, beats and accuracy.

i like both the P2-2 and M2-1 for the "stealth" look. both have a tinge of yellow/gold which makes the watches stand out subtly.

the M2-1 is slightly heavier and thicker compared with the P2-2 due to the stacking of 6 layers.

telling the time on a M2-1 is slightly easier compared to the P2-2 because the time is read from outer to inner dials. the P2-2 have shorter hands and since parts of the movement can be seen, it is sometimes hard to read the time.

i cannot wait to see what seven friday will come up with for the next series. couple of improvements i like to see

• switch to sapphire glass from mineral glass
• luminous hands for hours/minutes

Great review! I have the M2-1 and am loving it. Another thing I noticed is that the M2 winds anti clockwise. Only noticed it when the time stopped when in my winder (winding clockwise at that time). And the M2-1 has an extra metal plate at the side in comparison with the M1, which gives it much better aestatics IMO.
