I just been to the IWC boutique in KL at the Pavillion mall and the net price is about S$5,000 for the one with leather strap. There is a gift (forgotten what this is) and the standard warranty.

I have been contemplating on this one too.....the Omega Planet Ocean 2900.xxx at about S$4,500 seems very attractive.
