How much it worth??

i'm new here, just bought a subs and intend to see off my Tag if the price are right, need to know how much does this piece worth. appreciate your help in evaluation.

Details:
It’s a limited edition F1 GP Silverstone chono – Quartz.
S/N CK1117-0
Limited Edition: N 663/800
c/w box and instruction booklet. Bought in 2000.

Watch just full service and polish in Dec 2008 at Tag Heuer, but deep scratch at Bezel (12pm)

in my opinion, im not sure, but i would be inclined to say, you are better off to keep it, rather then sell it.
