Advice needed for buying AP in Czech republic or Austria?

Hello fellow members, my mum would be heading to austria and Czech republic(Prague) in a few days time and I would like her to get me an AP.

Anyone can give me advice on which shop can get better discounts? Or more models available?

Also, does anyone know how many percent VAT is entitled for the above mentioned countries?
