Quite a number of young girls i've seen in the office, seems to like bigger watches nowadays.
So... 36mm could be a little out from the growing trend. Maybe some thing like 38mm~40mm better?

With 1k budget? Most likely SWISS auto watches from TISSOT or HAMILTON.
Jap makes are much more budget friendly, under 500 can get.

TAG? with that budget, dunno even quartz can get or not...
