The name really does sound funny. I had trouble remembering it as well. The company owners explained that "Ochs und Junior" means "Ox and Junior" in English i.e. father and son. The word Ochs comes from Ludwig Oechslin's name as Oechslin is short for Ochs. Both father and son are working for Ochs und Junior.
So much for the name.
