  • Do the prices of watches move in accordance to the stock market?

Just wondering if there is a relationship between the movement of stock market and watch prices. My guess is yes since all money stuck in equity. Take out means cut lost which means no mood to buy luxury items.

    Stock market... i dun know.
Currency exchange... yes to those who shop online frequently.

Personally, i have been buying watches from Germany... got to monitor often on the x-rates between Sing$ and EURO.

You mean economy depression, prices of luxury watches will drop as well?
If so this will be the joke of the year, ha ha ha.

If is a Brand new from AD I don`t think so.

Maybe more supply to the resale market.

No la.... You don't see pries of watches falling with respect to falling stock prices...

But if you are talking about resale, then maybe yes if the owner had to liquidate his/her luxury goods to pay back debts or what la. Like a fire sale....

i think prices only go up in one direction. SGD so strong also didn't help to stop it from going higher.
