Refurbishing your Watch Winder... Here's How

For whatever reason, you may want to change the look of your watch winder by simply refurbishing its interior. Don't fret, I will show you how it's done.

Let me walk you through the transformation of a winder’s blemish velvet interior.


This was the original state where there was a ‘birthday wish’ written directly onto the velvet of a winder.




This is how it looks after refurbishing with suede-lined interior and carbon-fiber outer layers on the winding cups.

The most difficult part was this… hand-sewing the two tua pau!!!
I find it a bit soft, and had to fill it up to the correct firmness; just like injecting silicon... LOL!!!








I couldn’t stop playing with it…
