fyi, paypal offers buyer insurance (subject to conditions) - i don't want to spread halftruths so i'd rather not go into specifics here but will point you to their t&cs

Hmm, I have been using Paypal for many years. In the past they used to have almost no protection for purchases outside eBay.
These days things have changed a lot it seems. They have split from eBay and seem to advertise a lot about buyer insurance.
I'm still a bit skeptical with them though, as they can simply state they won't cover based on some reason and you may be left with a big loss without recourse.

Anyhow I would read the T&Cs completely regarding their buyer protection to make sure there is not some limit or clause being violated.

If anyone has any experiece with Paypal buyer protection please offer some insight. Thanks!

Oh and transaction with Western Union with someone you dont know is a big sign of a scam.
I've been burnt before as well so I will never use this payment method.

Also watch out for Bitcoin requests - I'm a believer and an advocate for Bitcoin and the blockchain technology, but if you can get scammed you most certainly wont get your Bitcoins back. So do watch out for these tell tale scam signs!

Secondly, do your homework
Understand what you are buying.

Different people hv different standards
That can create misunderstanding

When serious about buying, we must feel free to ask any question
Seller should also be willing to answer accordingly.

Finally after buying, enjoy your watch.
Dont squirm over some light scratches
