i just check the log. all other uses are ok. got awarded.

can you try the following and feedback.

1) clear your cache of your existing browser including login details.
2) login and try and see if there is any issues.
3) install another browser and try to vote on the same computer.
4) use another computer and try to vote and see if points awarded

if all the above fail, i would like to request access to your account for further troubleshooting.

The more you explain the more I cannot understand.

option 1

Step 1 - log out from the forum.
step 2 - clear browser cache.
step 3 - log into the forum
step 4 - perform vote on any thread
step 5 - see if there is a pop up dialog box
step 6 - click on points next to login nick to see if points credited

option 2

step 1 - log into the forum using a different browser
follow step 2 to step 6 in option 1

option 3

step 1 - go to another machine (aka not the same machine used to perform option 1 and 2)
step 2 - perform step 2 to step 6 of option 1

if option 1, 2 and 3 still does not show your points credited.
then pm me your password (if you agree) so that i can perform further checks on your individual account

i have just tested your account by voting on a thread.

below are the screen shots to prove that you have been awarded the points for participation.

also note that the points before vote is 2020 and after vote is 2021. this shows that your rewards points has been credited accordingly.

first shot - shows that after rating there is a pop up box to confirm vote been recorded



second shot - shows the points credited

with reference to my previous post, it shows that the system is working correctly and points have been credited to your account accordingly.

since it is not an issue on the forum side, as such, the issue raised by you can be a result of either browser problem and/or computer problem.

since it is machine problem and/or machine's browser issues, we regret to inform you that we are unable to assist you further as the forum does not provide on site or off site support on user's hardware and/or software issue. you will have to enlist your friend(s) to help you resolve.
