Have you been asked to update your sales threads that you have failed to do so? If yes, that is why your access is limited, there is a category where all your sales threads are and you have to update all your sales threads before your account is reset to default.

there is a link in the email which you must click. if you open the email in junk/spam folder, the link wont work.
