Question on editing a feedback score.

Dear Moderator,

I have traded a watch and posted my feedback last week. However, I missed out on leaving a positive feedback. I tried to repost another one to "overwrite" it this AM and only realised that my repost positive score does not work. Now, I have 2 feedbacks on Bozz without positive rating. Pls kindly correct my trade feedback with him to "positive' and delete one of the duplicated one.

In the email, state

1. who is seller
2. who is buyer
3. what is the URL of sales threads
4. include other party (seller/buyer email) in the email address field. *other party email must match sg-roc database*
5. state what your request(s) is

you must provide all the relevant information stated above.

Any information that is incomplete will result in delay in the issue being resolved.
