Trouble opening SG-ROC

    Trouble opening SG-ROC

    Hi there Mods / Admin / other,

    I have difficulty opening SG-ROC often and sometimes a few times a week, most recently was the time between 17:43 - 18:30.... today.

    A few things to note:

    - Tried two locations; at work ( singtel ) then once Home ( star hub ).
    - Keep getting message host server not responding.
    - ALL other websites could open; incl those in Australia, USA, and here in SG... Just to test.
    - Internet speed at both locations is good to excellent, was running wireless.
    - Not that it matters but location is in the east.

    I can only assume your servers are due for a bandwidth increase to allow for internet traffic. ??

    there was a server maintenance during 4-6pm today

    any other times, i am not sure. appreciate if you can provide more details.

        you may post it here. appreciate your feedback.

        i will probably post any information for server maintenance when appropriate to alert members.
