There must be a system to control Bad Ratings. If no, everyone will go about giving Bad Ratings.

Suggest that all Neg feedbacks must go thru Moderators before the system pass the feedback. Bad Ratings must be supported by good and valid reason.

Moderators pls consider my suggestions.

The itrade system was imposed to allow discrepancies after trade/buy/sell transactions and to promote safe trading/buying/selling within the means of our control for the benefit of members .

As with any system there will be individual cases of malign/abuse .

As long as vulgarities are kept out of the threads seeking redress we will look into them and investigate on a case by case basis .

Abusers of the itrade rating system will be dealt with individually .

We are still in the process of fine tuning the itrade system and forum control .

Any suggestions or comments are welcome as long as we are able to improve the forum .

control bad ratings?!!! how to ar??? neg fbacks pass tru mods? for wat? they r nt gods hor. how they knw rating true or not? wat is considered "good and valid reason"??? can share example or not?

guys...allow me to share..the rating system is strictly for "completed" sales transaction..a bad rating can and should be given when the experience is bad (not the before sales experience..because if the seller or buyer is impolite or dishonest...u obviously won't deal with him yes? even if he's impolite to you, he may be polite to others...say PMS?? this is possible too yes??) or the watch is not as what it's being described. So it's a straightforward case.. the exception i can think of is that someone identify that the seller is selling fakes or a fraud case..

it's unrealistic to go thru mods before the system pass the feedback because they're not in the picture when the transaction took place.

u r correct 100%. this is what i wanan say for so long. 3 long thread, 1 locked up, 1 closed in FAQ last 1 in kopi talk just to make ppl realise that i-trader means trader as the word means haha.

ok ok lah. i also don 1 said much liao lah. there is a reason y i gave benardo and devilbB a bad rating. but only as a last resort ok. u see the time and date i gave them. it was way after they gave me a bad rating before i gave them. i consider very long ok. it is because i want someone to bring this issue up and hopefully make it a better system and to be fair to me. i did not do it the next moment they gave me 1. i tried to argue with them or at least make them understand that a bad rating should only be given when a sales transaction has taken place. god wonder y they took it personal? i already told them i-trader i-trader alot of times liao. it means a transaction. i even apologise to benardo because i type too fast saying i give him a bad rating even though i am trying to type what if i give u a bad rating and he can go think about y i give him a bad rating in response to his views that (when someone give u a bad rating, think y u r given 1) because to me i really have no answer. it like asking y u get robbed or raped instead of catching the crooks. but i don think bernado have the rights to call me childish and pathetic. isnt that personal attacks that he said will not go into and my alternative views which was rejected by him. it like him saying this and doing another. everyone can exhange ideas here but till now i still do not have any answer as to y benardo did that eventhough i asked him alot of times liao. but the ways things r, time will tell and ppl will judge who really is childish and pathetic.
