Error messages

Hi moderator,

My pm messages cannot be sent out even after I have cleared my inbox/sent.
I still get the same error message like before.

Pls help advise what the problem might be?

Can you show us a screen shot of it?

with reference to the screen shot, you have more than 10 messages in your sent folder.

Hi Moderators,

I have reduced my messages in the Sent folder now to 8 and only 5 in Inbox but still not able to send out messages.

The error message is as follows:

"You have reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created."

Kindly advise. Thanks!

Kindly note it is total. not just inbox.

Hi moderators, I have now reduced the total messages to 9 but pm messages still cannot be sent out.

Still getting the same error message which I had mentioned earlier...

first the magic number is not 10.

2 ways to resolve your current situation

1) remove all pm in inbox/sent folder.
2) contribute and share your watch experience. your pm box size will grow once you have shared enough. dont ask for the magic number!
