Anyone notice a new toolbar at the bottom of the website?

As per title. relating to meebo toolbar

Its on both my windows and osx machine.

Is this intentional? Or just a trial thing. Personally; i dont like it, feels cheap.

I hate it! Takes or more of my screen space and because I didn't ask for it, it makes me more annoyed!

to be honest; i thought someone installed a plugin in my browser

i have 27" + 24" of screen real estate so it isnt too bad, but on my mini laptop; it does take up quite a fair bit of space.
