Me surfing in iPhone, on home singnet bb 3MB plan. Dun find it laggy at all leh.
If system is new, There could be a possibility of yr resource allocation, like what SC said, RAM usage (too many backgnd Appln running concurrently), or anti-virus software.

there are several things you may want to check if you find your system lagging.
1) if you are on SH plan, chances is due to too many users getting online. SH is shared bandwidth irregardless if you on 10 or 100 mbps.
2) could be other users who gain access to your wireless router and using it to surf.
3) too much cache in your browser.
4) resources affecting your ability to surf is there, not that high.
5) do a speed test on your internet connection. to see what downstream speed you are on.
6) are you downloading? do remember that the cable you are using is meant for upstream and downstream of data. there is only so much traffic the cable can handle.if you have issues with your account, click here for self help and read forum rules here. 90% of your answers can be found in Forum FAQ

the snow effect does take up abit of system resources... will take that down soon.. juz tot that it adds quite a bit of the xmas atmosphere..
The lag usually comes from the serverside and not your computer... particularly during peak periods... so have to seek your understanding on that.
