iTrade notification can't be seen

Hi,

I received a iTrade notification from a fellow member of this forum after a deal.But I was unable to see the msg. I asked the member to send another feedback but still unable to see.

I've since PMed 2 Mods but heard no reply after 5 days.

Can someone please assist? Or point to me who should I approach.
