Yes, its better to give them a call as they don't have english tours everyday. There is a GO shop within the building with almost all models. I didnt ask if there was any discount, but based on list price + current euro rates + vat refund, i believe its already slightly cheaper than the discounted prices the ADs here in singapore give.
