Second hand watch: SG vs HK

Just came back from a Hong Kong trip and visited some of the 2nd hand shops (in sum shui po and TST). The prices were high and I found the service generally poor (maybe because I don't speak cantonese). I much rather buy from pre-owned shops in SG or Japan.---------------------------

Just came back from HK and most shops I went to, discount were 5%. Works out to be ard the same price as SG. As for pre-own shops, most of the shops I went to in TST insisted on being paid full cash. I was eyeing a daytona so apart from the mainland chinese... I wonder who brings a breifcase full of HK notes :P---------------------------
