If you are wrong then L L place $ inside passport or their booklet to " pay fine on spot "

Personally i feel tat just hack care the police there... My friend told there was once the tp there want he to pay $1000 becoz she beat the red light and he blur blur pay him.... They like to aim singaporean becoz they feel tat we r rich and always pay money to save trouble..
